HOW DO I SCHEDULE A MEDATION?

Intake Process

To determine if mediation is a good fit for your situation, call us at (509) 888-0957, press 2 or complete our website contact form.

Our Resolution Specialist will learn more about your issue and explain the process.  If you decide to proceed with mediation, you will be asked to pay a $25 non-refundable intake fee.  Our Resolution Specialist will then reach out to the other party or parties involved.  Once both parties agree to mediate, the session fee ranges from $26-$225 per party for a 3-hour mediation session based on a sliding scale.

Mediation is a voluntary process.  Even if you are not sure that you want to mediate, give us a call to learn more and explore options.
