The Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
Mediation fees are subsidized by grants, county filing fees, and donations and
do not reflect the true market value of services.

In-person delivery of cash or check payments to Wenatchee Valley DRC office must be arranged with Resolution Specialist in advance.
Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Fee Policy
The $25 case intake fee to initiate a case is non-refundable.
Per party mediation fee is based on Sliding Scale Fee Schedule using Federal Poverty Guidelines (updated annually).
Once the non-refundable intake fee has been paid and a case initiated, WVDRC will attempt to schedule a mediation session. If no mediation is scheduled within 90 days or the case remains inactive, the case file will be closed. To re-engage with WVDRC after a case closure, a new intake fee must be paid to re-initiate the case.
