TRAINING

Conflict is a normal part of life every day. Mediation is a highly effective and mutually satisfying way to resolve conflicts. Our trainings offer you, educators, community leaders, counselors, human resources staff, managers, parents, teens, and all interested parties an opportunity to develop conflict resolution and mediation skills. The courses are highly interactive with a mixture of lecture, discussion, demonstration and participant role-playing with feedback from instructors and peers. The trainings are designed to present learners with the philosophy, concepts, and skills needed for a working knowledge of the role of a third party neutral mediator. These skills are highly transferable, helping to improve communication and enhance relationships at home, in the workplace, and in the community at large.
