Call the DRC office at (509) 888-0957.
A trained Intake Specialist will listen to you, find out what you have tried, what you would like to have happen, and help you explore ideas about your next steps.

We may also help you determine if you would find it helpful for us to call the other person, acting as a neutral go-between, letting them know your interest in using mediation and asking if they would be interested in using our services to settle the conflict
.
Many conflicts can be resolved using mediation. A call to the DRC may be the most helpful call you ever make!
 
Intake hours are Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
and Friday: 9:00a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
 
Mediation/Facilitation hours by appointment. If the lines are busy, leave a message and someone will call you back.
